PTBP is used as a terminator to control the molecular weight of Polycarbonates during the manufacturing process.
PTBP is also used in the manufacturing process PTBP formaldehyde resin for surface coating applications which has an end use as tackifier for synthetic Rubber and as an adhesives in tyre industry.
PTBP is an important raw material in the perfume industry.
PTBP can be used as UV absorbent, anti-chaps for pesticide, rubber, coatings and as an effective antioxidant for lubricating oil.
According to research Para Tertiary Butyl Phenol market is projected to grow in between 3% - 5% CAGR during the assessment period of 2022-2031 due to growing demand of PTBP in Paint , coating and automotive Industries.
Packaging available in 25 kg bags.
PTBP can be stored under cool dry conditions. It is recommended that Para Tertiary Butyl Phenol be used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
