• It is mainly used as a flame retardant in conveyer belt, V belts, natural & synthetic rubber. • It is mainly used as a plasticizer in formulation of PVC compounds & granules used in wires & cables, PVC windows and door profiles, PVC flooring, films & sheets, PVC foot wears, etc. • Used in Polyurethane and Polysulfide based sealants and adhesives. • As an extreme pressure additive in metal working fluids / cutting compounds. • As a flame retardant in the paint industry in the formulation of swimming pool paints and other fire proof paints.
